The differences are tiny: on $10,000 of action, a couple of dollars. Pick the table you enjoy. The gap between good and bad strategy is much bigger than the gap between tables.
Formats you will see
- Classic tables: seven seats, standard rules. Wait for a seat at busy times.
- Infinite / Free Bet styles: unlimited players, free doubles and splits on some hands. The catch: if the dealer makes 22, everything still in play pushes. That one rule pays for the free bets.
- Lightning Blackjack: random multipliers on winning hands in later rounds, in exchange for a fee on each bet. Fun, swingy, check the paytable.
- Salon Privé: high-stakes private tables with a dedicated dealer.
Side bets (Perfect Pairs, 21+3 and so on) carry much higher edges than the main game. Treat them as optional extras, not part of the plan.
Strategy matters more than the table
Every RTP above assumes basic strategy. The quick version:
- Never take insurance.
- Always split aces and 8s. Never split 10s or 5s.
- Double 11 against a dealer 2 to 10.
- Stand on 12 to 16 against a dealer 4, 5 or 6; hit them against a 7 to ace.
