Depositing Crypto at Duel Without Losing It on the Wrong Network

1. Log in and open the deposit window.
2. Pick the coin and the network. USDT, for example, exists on several chains, and they are not interchangeable.
3. Copy the deposit address, or scan the QR code. If the coin shows a Memo Tag field, copy that as well.
4. In your wallet or exchange, choose the same coin on the same network, paste the address (and memo), and send.
5. Wait for the network to confirm. Seconds on fast chains, a few minutes on busy ones. The balance updates on its own.

The coins that need a memo tag

XRP, GRAM and HBAR deposits require a second field alongside the address, which Duel labels Memo Tag. It is not optional and it is not cosmetic, it is how the network knows the deposit is yours rather than someone else’s at the same address.

Send without it and the funds arrive at Duel unattributed. That turns a two-minute deposit into a support ticket. Copy both fields, paste both fields, check both fields.

Starting from zero crypto

You do not need to own any. Duel’s Deposit with Cash flow buys crypto inside the wallet using a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or a regional rail, with around 30 methods depending on your country. PayPal is not among them.
