What Duel actually builds

Eleven Originals, written in-house, every result verifiable. Dice. Crash. Plinko. Mines. Blackjack. Beef. Keno. Video Poker. Castle Roulette. Rock Paper Scissors. Groomer’s Van.

No third-party crash clones. No Aviator, no JetX, no Spaceman — because Duel runs its own Crash, verified through the drand beacon, and would rather own the fairness argument than license someone else’s.

The number that matters

Inside the daily Zero Edge allowance, the Originals run at 100% RTP. A real 0% house edge. Not 99.5% rounded up in a press release.

The allowance is $50,000 of wagers per day, capped at $1,000 per bet, and resets daily. Past it, the Originals return to 99.9% — still the best rate in the market. Beef sits at 99.2% by design, because it is built for variance rather than grinding.

Why the cap? Because a zero-edge game has negative expected growth for the operator and would drain any balance sheet if left uncapped. The limit is what makes the offer real instead of a slogan. For context, $50,000 of daily wagers is far beyond what a recreational player generates in a month — most accounts will never touch the ceiling. Full mechanics on the Zero Edge page.

Blackjack has an asterisk, and we are going to say it

0% edge on blackjack assumes perfect basic strategy. Play a hand badly and you still lose money to the house — rakeback returns part of that, not all of it. The edge is not switched off. It is handed to you to manage, which is a different and more honest proposition. See Duel Blackjack for the detail.

Where the maths stops

Slots and live dealer tables are not Originals. They carry a normal house edge, the Zero Edge allowance does not cover them, and they are not provably fair in the cryptographic sense — you cannot run SHA-256 on a physical card.

They are still worth playing if you enjoy them, and 50% of their edge comes back to you instantly with code VIP. Just do not confuse them with the 0% product. Plenty of sites will let you.

Provably Fair — Actually Fair

We don’t play the “trust us” game. Every Duel Original is built on a dual-seed system:

  • Your client seed + our hashed server seed = result

  • You can verify every outcome

  • Seeds are changeable and public

  • Nothing is ever hidden or retrofitted

If a game doesn’t let you verify every spin, roll, or crash — it’s not fair. Period.

Duel Originals are provably fair by default, not as an optional gimmick buried in dev tools. Just click “Verify” and see the math. You’ll never look back.

Live Bets, and What the Ticker Does Not Tell You

Every casino runs a ticker of winning bets. Here is ours, taken from Duel’s own public feed — players masked at source, nothing added by us. Underneath it is the part those tickers never show.

GamePlayerStakeResult

What the ticker leaves out

The bar chart above is every bet in the same sample, not the ones worth celebrating. In the 1,413 bets we recorded on 11 August 2026, across 269 players and 9 games:

  • 67.7% returned less than the stake. Two bets in three lost money.
  • One bet cleared 100x. One, out of 1,413.
  • The best result in the whole sample was 128x — a long way from the four- and five-figure multipliers the games advertise as possible.

None of that means the games are unfair. It is what a 0% edge actually looks like from the inside: you get your money back over time, and the path there is mostly losses punctuated by occasional wins. Zero edge is about the average, not the journey.

Two honest limits. A few hundred bets per game is far too small to measure RTP — a single large multiplier moves the total more than everything else combined, so do not read these percentages as the return of any particular game. And the feed is whatever Duel publishes publicly; we cannot verify it captures every bet placed. What it does show reliably is the shape: how often a bet loses, and how rare the big ones are.

Fast Bets, Fast Withdrawals

No one wants to wait. Duel games are built for speed — from spin to cashout.

  • Bets settle in milliseconds

  • No reloads, no animation fluff

  • Winnings go straight to your wallet

  • Withdrawals = instant (and always crypto)

And if anything feels off? You ping support and get a real person — not a bot, not a ticket, not a delay.

Are Duel games provably fair?

Yes. Every Duel Original uses a dual-seed system you can verify yourself. Nothing is hidden — every bet has a public hash you can check.

What’s the house edge on Duel?

Dice runs at 0.1% by default, and many games have 0% edge windows with caps. Slots and third-party games have standard RTP, always disclosed.

Can I play Duel games without depositing?

Absolutely. Every game has a demo mode. Test risk levels, volatility, and mechanics before playing for real.

Are all Duel games built in-house?

No. Duel Originals (Dice, Crash, Plinko, etc.) are — but slots, game shows, and live dealer tables are from premium providers.

Do winnings go straight to my wallet?

Yes. No delays, no pending screens. You click withdraw, it hits your wallet — instantly.

Every Duel Original, and What It Is For

Eleven games, all built in-house, all provably fair, all running at 100% RTP inside the daily Zero Edge allowance. Here is what each one is actually good at.

  • Dice — the purest expression of the whole idea. Pick a number, pick a direction, set your own odds from near-certain to near-impossible. Nothing hides behind animation.
  • Crash — a multiplier climbs, you decide when to get out. Duel runs its own, verified through the drand public randomness beacon rather than a licensed clone.
  • Plinko — drop a ball, watch it bounce, collect the multiplier it lands on. Choose your risk level and row count to reshape the whole payout curve.
  • Mines — reveal tiles, avoid the bombs, cash out whenever. The one Original where knowing when to stop is the entire skill.
  • Blackjack — 0% edge, but only with perfect basic strategy. Play it badly and the edge comes back. More on that below.
  • Beef — the deliberate outlier at 99.2%, built for variance rather than grinding. Duel is upfront that this one is not a Zero Edge game.
  • Keno — pick your numbers, watch the draw. Low decision load, wide multiplier spread.
  • Video Poker — five-card draw against a paytable. Duel’s own build, so unlike the third-party poker titles in the casino this one is covered by Zero Edge.
  • Castle Roulette — Duel’s own wheel, with a live stream you can watch spin in real time.
  • Rock Paper Scissors — exactly what it says, settled instantly. The shortest round on the site.
  • Groomer’s Van — the strangest thing in the lobby, and the one most people click first out of sheer curiosity.

Live Blackjack sits in the Originals menu too, but it is a live-dealer product rather than an RNG game — different maths, different rules, covered on its own page.

How to Check a Result Yourself

“Provably fair” is a claim until you test it. On Duel you can, and it takes about a minute.

Every round is built from three things: a server seed Duel commits to before you bet, a client seed you control and can change whenever you like, and a nonce that counts up with each bet. Hash those together with SHA-256 and you get the result — deterministically, every time.

Because Duel publishes the hash of the server seed before the round and reveals the seed after, it cannot change the outcome once you have placed the bet without the hash no longer matching. Rotate your client seed and re-verify an old round if you want proof rather than reassurance. The step-by-step is on our provably fair page.

What this does not cover

Only the Originals. Slots, live tables and game shows run on the provider’s own certified RNG or a physical wheel, and you cannot verify an individual round on those with a seed and a hash. Any site telling you otherwise is confusing “audited” with “verifiable” — they are not the same thing.

The Second Return on the Same Bets

Wagering on Originals counts toward Duel’s leaderboard races, which are unusually large for a casino this size: $2,000,000 monthly and $25,000 daily, with 100 paid places on each board.

Worth understanding the shape before you chase it. First place takes exactly half the pool — $12,500 of the daily board — and it tapers hard from there. The daily board pays $250 in tenth. That is real money for a $25,000 pool, but it is a top-heavy structure, and treating a leaderboard as a reason to increase stakes is how people lose more than the prize.

If you were placing the bets anyway, it is free upside. If you are placing them for the leaderboard, the maths has stopped working for you. See our tournaments and leaderboards page for the full payout tables.

And the half of Duel this page does not cover

Everything above is the casino. Duel also runs a sports and esports book, which is a separate product with its own odds, its own margins and no Zero Edge allowance anywhere near it. Worth knowing it exists before you go looking for football markets in a lobby full of dice games.

Eleven Originals, and What That Costs You

Here is a number this page has no commercial reason to publish: Duel runs eleven Originals, against a median of eleven across 73 crypto casinos. Duel’s in-house library is average in size, and against the biggest operators it is not close.

Casino House games Average RTP
BC.Game 36 97.98%
Stake 31 98.30%
MetaWin 25 98.42%
BetFury 22 98.51%
Gamba 21 98.36%
Market median 11 97.90%
Duel 11 100.00%

BC.Game offers three and a half times as many in-house games. If variety in Originals is what you want from a crypto casino, Duel is not the site with the deepest bench and no amount of framing changes that.

The obvious explanation is wrong

The tempting story writes itself: small library, more care per game, better returns. The data does not support it. Split the 73 casinos by library size and the relationship runs the other way:

Library size Casinos Median house-game RTP
20 or more games 6 98.33%
12 games or fewer 41 97.43%

Casinos with big Originals libraries run better average RTP than casinos with small ones, not worse. Whatever Duel is doing at 100%, it is not the automatic reward for keeping the catalogue tight. Plenty of casinos run ten games badly.

What is actually rare

Not the focus. The number. Two casinos in 73 run house games at an average 100% RTP: Duel and Gamdom. Five more sit at 99% or just above — Cloudbet, Wager.com, Cybet, Dicey and Razed — so the top of this table is a small club rather than a throne. But the market median is 97.90%, which means the typical crypto casino keeps roughly two pounds in every hundred you stake on its own games, and Duel keeps nothing at all inside the Zero Edge allowance.

So the trade is real, and it is narrower than the marketing suggests: you give up variety and you get the best price in the market on what remains. Ten games is enough to hold most people for a while — Crash, Mines, Plinko, Dice, Blackjack, Keno, Limbo, Roulette, Video Poker and Beef cover the standard crypto-casino spread — but if you burn through Originals quickly, you will see the bottom of this library sooner than you would at Stake or BC.Game.

Figures from a third-party dataset of 91 crypto casinos, 8 August 2026, of which 73 record both a house-game count and an average RTP. The full picture of what Duel’s games return is in the Duel RTP report.
