Duel Zero Edge: How 100% RTP Works, and Where It Stops

Every casino game has a house edge: the slice the casino keeps on average. It is the reason “the house always wins” over enough bets. Zero Edge is Duel’s way of setting that slice to zero on its own games, within limits.

Here is the mechanism, no marketing:

1. Duel Originals (Dice, Crash, Mines, Plinko, Blackjack and the rest) are built with a 0.1% house edge.
2. While you are inside your daily allowance, every bet gets that 0.1% back as instant rakeback when it settles.
3. 0.1% edge minus 0.1% rebate is 0%. The RTP is 100%.

There is no code, no opt-in and no ticket. It applies automatically.

• $50,000 of wagers per day at 0% edge. It resets daily.
• $1,000 max bet counts toward Zero Edge.
• After the allowance: each game applies its own edge until the reset. For most it scales with bet size: Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo and Hilo 0.1% to 1%, Plinko 0.1% to 2%, Blackjack 0.1% to 0.57%, Video Poker 0.1% to 0.61%, Castle Roulette 0.1% to 5%. Crash stays at a flat 0.1%, Beef at a flat 0.8%. The applied edge is shown in the bet controls.
• Duel’s own slot, Groomer’s Van, is 100% RTP inside the allowance and scales from 0.01% to 1.84% above it.
• Not covered: third-party slots, live tables and the sportsbook.

Why cap it at all? Because a 0% edge has negative expected growth for the casino. Uncapped, enough volume would drain any bankroll. The cap is what makes the offer something Duel can actually keep paying, which is the part of the deal worth trusting.

Picture a grinder who uses the full $50,000 allowance on Dice every day. At a typical competitor running 99% RTP, the expected cost of that volume is $500 a day. On Duel inside the allowance, it is $0. Past the allowance it depends on the game and your bet size: at the minimum 0.1%, $50 per $50,000.

For a casual player betting a few hundred dollars a session, the difference is a few dollars. Real, but small. Zero Edge matters most to people who play a lot, which is also exactly who the cap is built for.

It does not make you likely to win. It removes the built-in reason you lose over time, and leaves pure variance. You can still lose a whole session, or a whole balance, on a 0% game. The results swing both ways, and a bad run does not owe you a good one.

It also does not prove the game is fair. That is a separate question, answered by provably fair seeds you can check yourself. And it does not protect you if a withdrawal or account dispute happens.
